Made some yummy palacinkes with Courtney! It could be described as a combination of a crepe, tortilla and pancake. We ate them with homemade strawberry jam at the potluck dinner!
I was a part of a program for the Truth Behind Thanksgiving! I learned so much about the Native Americans as a marginalized group in our society.
At the end of the week, I was able to go home and spend time with my brother. We even went to Knott’s Berry Farm with Ted and we rode the silver bullet, Xcelerator, and Supreme Scream.
